Amber Rushton is a digital and multi-channel marketing specialist who specialises in working Australia’s leading brands.
She is the owner and founder of Red Hippo and Kickstart Your Marketing, a marketing company that specialises in web design and multi-channel marketing strategy that delivers results. In addition to this, she has completed two degrees in marketing and public relations and a postgraduate in digital marketing.

Facility Manager accomplished in providing leadership, strategic and hands on operational oversight and business development for City of Tea Tree Gully’s Golden Grove Arts Centre. The Centre comprises a 329 seat theatre and large foyer with gallery hanging space. Executive Board leadership experience as Chair of Out of the Square Inc (www.outofthesquare.net.au) and Treasurer of the South Australian Presenters Association (www.sapresenters.com.au).
Kathryn Schilling
Grants Consultant
Kathryn joined Youth Barossa in 2015 as a representative from the Nuriootpa Futures Association, she then took on the role of Deputy Grants Consultant and now also holds the role as Secretary.
She enjoys the opportunity to support youth in our region through the Youth Barossa grants. The organisation also is a great way for those people providing youth services to network , share information and become aware of what is needed to help our Youth in our community.

Anne Tunnicliff,
Minutes Secretary
Anne Tunnicliff has extensive experience in the field of cultural diversity and community development work which commenced with teaching students in Papua-New Guinea. This was followed by business ventures that included importing from Asia, working for not-for- profit organisations and the Gold Coast City Council.
Anne holds a Master of Educational Studies, Masters of Social Administration, Diploma of Professional Counselling, Diploma of Teaching, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Accessing, and Certificate of Accreditation in Mental Health First Aid.
Anne is now retired and lives in Tanunda.
Brooke Chinner

Barossa Council, Coordinator Youth Projects
Brooke Chinner is the Youth Project Coordinator for The Barossa Council. Brooke graduated from Flinders University in 2013, completing a degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology.
She has worked in both local government and non-government organisations; specialising in social inclusion, mental health and youth services. In Brooke’s current position; she organises youth events and programs for young people in the Barossa community.
